Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to everything you buy from Divine Matrix Technologies Private Limited through Bhagyam, in every currency. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

The free trial lasts 14 days. No payment is needed to start it.

Subscriptions

• You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Before each automatic payment we send you a reminder on WhatsApp or in the app.
• Once a paid subscription has started, the payment is not refunded.

Personal consultation

• The consultation is a one-hour session with Mr. Gaurav Upadhyay.
• You can reschedule the session up to 2 times at no charge. Each change must be made at least 6 hours before the booked slot.
• A consultation cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you can't attend, reschedule it using the options above.

When we do refund

We refund a payment only when you have paid twice for the same service. Refunds are not automatic: email us at support@astrobhagyam.com with your registered phone number and the payment details. We review the request and, if it is approved, refund it within 2-3 days to the payment method you used.

International customers

The same rules apply to payments made in USD, EUR or any other currency.
